- expressions generally recognised as obscene or offensive,
- the one that has already been registered,
- the one whose registering process is in progress can be registered in regional domains serviced by LODMAN.

Subscribers can submit to registration only names which they are entitled to use. LODMAN does not check whether a subscriber has the right to use a domain name.

LODMAN does not take part in any arguments considering a domain name.

LODMAN does not bear any responsibility if another subject is found to have the right to the name.

The domain name must be in accord with RFC1035. Only NS records are registered.

In order to register or change a domain delegation you should:

- properly configure domain names’ servers (DNS) which will service a domain,

- - fill in a registration form accessible

you should send a fax and deliver the original form (after the fax is received, a domain will be registered for 30 days; if the original form is not received by LODMAN by this time, the domain will be logged out).
It is not necessary to send an application form if the owner’s (invoice payer’s) data is not changed and if the Authorisation, given in the previous form, does not require to send it.

Before filling in, please take the latest and updated registration and application forms.

If the delivered documents are not filled in properly or not all of them are sent, the form-sender is obliged to complete all the missing data within 7 days. After this time-limit, the form is automatically rejected.

After the domain delegation is changed, the domain owner is obliged to inform the previous service provider to delete the domain service.

- at the owner’s request
- if one year’s fee for domain service or the original form are not received
- on the grounds of law court verdict or Patent Office decision

LODMAN does not bear any responsibility for any detriment resulted from domain deregistration.
The domain owner cannot demand the subscription fee return.

a. The lack of amount due after the period of payment causes domain suspension for 1 month.

b. In case the domain delegation is not resumed within 1 month,
the domain can be registered to another applicant/form-sender.

A. Installation fee (includes payment for domain maintenance till the end of calendar year): 100 PLN (does not include VAT)

In case of the lack of amount due within the definite period of payment, the domain is deregistered and can be re-registered to the same owner after 2 months.

B. One year’s subscription fee (for domain maintenance): 80 PLN (does not include VAT)

C. The domain delegation change: chargeless

D. Resumption of the suspended domain delegation (in case of the lack of amount due): 100 PLN (does not include VAT)
